cannot get online 750-842 with WAGO-IO-PRO 32 V2.2

We have replaced a broken industrial pc. after installing the
WAGO-IO-PRO 32 V2.2 software, failed to resume communication. We use Bootp to set MacID and Ip address. communication was ok as seen at Bootp display. All LEDs on 750-842 was ok except TX/RX led no action. Tried to ping the device IP, failed, Tried using internet explore also couldnot connect.

need some expert help .. pls and thank you
