Can't establish OPC connection b/ WinCC and Cimplicity

We want to establish OPC communication between Wincc and Cimplicity running on 2 computers. Wincc (5.1) as OPC server, and cimplicity (6.0) as client. I have change DCOM setting to allow everyone can access the server and client, and using the same username/password to log the system. In cimplicity client always say "can't find CLSID in registry", and fail to connect the server. Wincc not installed in client computer. Any help will be appreciated.
