I am investigating commercially available relocating systems or sensors. These should be able to work in a BodyShop environment, with various environmental changes as well as welding (Arc or Spot) in the vicinity.
The system should be able to relocate a part with
reference to a car body in 3D. Therefore, it should be able to detect unpainted metal sheets shapes and features. Ability to detect glass would be a plus.
Any information you can provide on the system, its
features, past applications will be welcome.
