I am looking to implement a 3 Zone Cascade temperature control. I want to use there temperature control loops for generating one single control output.
A single output would be used to modulate all 6 heating devices 2 devices per zone to slow or high.
I wanted to understand the use of this method to a continuous heating process.
The material to be heated is fed from one end and taken out from opposite end.
How successful would such a system be in comparison to an individual 3 zone control.
Is there any other method to achieve the same result with any other control system
