There's no reason you can't cascade in any multiloop controller. Some controllers explicitly support cascading, but there's nothing to stop you from taking the output of one loop and piping it to the SP of another even if a certain controller doesn't claim to support cascade. Make sure you include logic to turn the primary loop off if the secondary is switched to manual and so on.
