Came to know that Fast Format, scancom are standard protocols which are deployed for communication between concentrators and the Master Station in a central alarm monitoring system. These concentrators acquire discrete data from different DCUs over a dial-up network.

Can anyone throw light on these protocols and the source to get additional information?!
