What sort of "certification" did you have in mind? If you're thinking safety certifications, such as TUV and FM, the AB hardware (and other general purpose PLCs) do not comply with the requirements (and are therefore not certified).
Allen Bradley gives many classes with certificates given upon completion. I think you have to go to Troy Michigan to take them however. Try their website for info.
