Challenge! How long (seconds) will it take for the actuator to travel to from zero to full stroke (184.15 mm)?

We have an Actuator with an area of 36 in² (Camflex 7 actuator).
Stroke length = 7.25 in (184.15 mm)
Spring range = 7 -24 psi
We supply 6 bar air to the actuator through an orifice with a 1 mm dia hole.
How long (seconds) will it take for the actuator to travel to from zero to full stroke (184.15 mm)?
