I have Triconex Control Panels installed in a highly corrosive environment (GX). There is accumulation of Copper and sulfur on I/O module circuit boards. Panel has exhaust fan at top and louvers & filter at bottom side of front and rear doors. I want to replace this normal filter with chemical filter. Can some one help me by suggesting chemical filter for this purpose.

Do yourself a huge favor, save money/headaches in the long run, and either fit a purge kit on either the panels or install them in a purged enclosure. Pulling corrosive air into such a panel is not a good idea no matter what filtering you have.

If it is also in a hot environment, you might consider vortex cooling.
