Citect Interface with Siemens S7-400H Hot Standby

Has anybody used the Citect HMI above a Siemens S7-400H (Hot Standby) system? The system required will consist of a redundant IE network on a HMI station installed with two CP cards. Will Citect communicate via Siemens Red-Connect software? What changeover time would be expected in the event of a failure?
