Citect32 Exception Report

Experiencing frequent offline of 2 file servers using Citect in redundancy. The CPU resources always fluctuating from low to maximum. It started out lately when the operation dept stops the printer connected on one of the display on the network. Can anyone help us on how we can solve the problem? If removing the printer subroutine from the cicode will help or it might worsen the case.

Top
