We have installed Siemens S5-135 U PLC for control of Extruder in Polypropelene Plant. The PLC is connected to a PC based Operator work station loaded with COROS application software on Qnix platform.
We are facing momentary communication failure between PLC and MMI . Either in PLC or in the MMI it has been configured to Trip the Equipment in case of Communication failure.
