Commensurate and Incommensurate delays

I have a doubt, if I have n delays Rk, k = 1,....,n then for any i and j between 1 and n is it necessary for all Ri/Rj to be irrational for the delay values to be considered incommensurate. or they will be considered incommensurate even if there is a single irrational Ri/Rj?
