Communicate ER300P energy meter with PLC

I have the energy meter ER300P with RS485 communication, which I'd like to communicate with the PLC, SIEMENS S7 200 (224XP), for viewing the values in SCADA.

I'd like to connect more than 2 meters to single PLC, so that I need to change the MODBUS ID (1,2,3....) that it'd be helpful for the PLC to recognize each meter at time periods.

Please let me know how to enter into the programming mode of the Energy meter or how to change the meter settings, and the registry address that I could get the voltage, current, PF values etc..

I communicated the meter with PLC. Changed the Meter ID using PLC program.

The Values or the registers of the meter can be obtained by giving the accurate number of registering, the count must be set to 3..4 etc.
