Communicating between AB PLC 5/40 and Ultra 5000

I have AB PLC 5/40 Ver e and Need to Communicate Via Serial Port With Ultra 5000. The Communication Does not Get Through With The Conventional CP 10 Serial Cable...

Is there Any Driver to use? There Is No Problem with Connection With SLC With PV Driver, however this is Not Possible With PLC 5/40.
