Communicating to a GE9030 via Ethernet using C#

Last year I wrote an Ethernet driver to the GE9030 in C++. We have been using that DLL in our existing product. However, this year we are discussing migrating to C#. I would like a pure C#/.Net solution if possible - and if I can buy it or purchase the C# source code - well, all the better. I do not have a burning desire to write this code again. Any suggestions on where to look?
