I have S7-400 System for process control which communicates with WinCC over Profibus FMS. Few days there was a peculiar problem where The communication was lost between the two, and upon restart the communication could be restored only one wayi.e. the WinCC could read from the PLC(or we can say the S7-400 could write to WinCC) but the WinCC is not able to write to the PLC( or we can say the PLC is not able to read from the WinCC). Every Status etc software configuration thas been checked and found to be healthy, the hardware has been found alright till now. The problem persists, can anyone suggest a solution or point out what might be the problem?
