Now I'm doing a project. In the project I have to transfer data between two kinds of PLC. One is Siemens' CPU 315-2DP and the other is GE's PLC called MARKVI.

MARKVI controller have a Ethernet port which supports Ethernet Modbus protocol, but I don't know what cards or accessories I should add to Siemens PLC and how I can build the communication by modbus TCP protocol between them.

You could use a Modbus Bridge device should an Ethernet module prove too expensive. Bridge converts Modbus/TCP (or UDP) to Modbus/RTU (or ASCII).
