i am looking for the best type of communication cable which is to be layed over 700m long, wet area, can be used also as analog input cable that coming from transmitter??

 

Use a radio to do this, better and can't get cut, mashed, or damaged.

 

To answer your question, i would need to have more information. I assume it's going to be outside? Do you need shielding? What kind of chemicals, environment, etc will it come in contact with?
