Hello,

I am new. i have modbus over ethernet connection between yokogawa DCS centup vp and abb rtu anr96. the card is ale111. the problem is the flashing iop and norm range all the time. I tried many things, fast reading in card, timeouts but with no success. I only managed to keep the time of the normal range but after 10 minutes it drops.

If anyone knows something
Any information will be helpful.

Hi Michael -

download a third party Modbus simulator - I suggest (Modbus RTU, TCP simulator by Conrad Braam. although I use others as well) - and confirm you can communicate with your Modbus TCP slave and what data you are receiving back etc.

You will find there is a problem with either the Modbus slave, OR your addressing.
