Communication EXOR ePAD05 - Schneider TSXETG100 RS232

Dear Community.

We are having problems when we want to communicate the ePAD05 hmi with Schneider TSXETG100, on the TSXETG100 can only use rj45 for RS232 this side we are using the schematic of the Url: https://ibb.co/PhCPPkj
we are using the pins 4,5,6

On the HMI side it has DB15 port of the Url:https://ibb.co/N9CFgJN

Is this connection ok? or are we wrong.

In addition to all this in the schematic on the HMI side we are using the jumper on pins 10, 11 is this correct for this application?

Tahsks for your time.

Hello

You adding some notes here on that communication EXOR to TSXETG100 via RS 232 ...
But question is if you got any error message since looks like you are not sure of what you doing...

I mean do you encounter problem to get a correct communication of the equipments

Thanks for clarifying

Hi.
Thank you for answering, when connecting the equipment the communication led in the hmi blinks looking for the manual tells me that it is communication failure.

I think the problem is the pinout I am using, hence my query.

Thank you for your time.

Hello,

Is the baudrate correct?
If it is not correct garbage will be received and possible errors occur.
The jumper between 10 and 11 is for bypassing the handshake signals.
Have you tried to exchange the RX and TX on one side?
