What precautions should be taken to make the connection winding series? That could happen to the engine if the polarization of serious wound is not recommended?

I think what you are asking what will happen if you connect the series winding backwards. You will find a significant reduction in torque. If the motor is run without a load it may over-speed. I don't think you would do any serious damage.
