I need information on sizing conductors. I need to carry <=150VDC @ a max of 1ma. It can be at frequencies up to 20Khz. I need to find the
smallest wire possible, preferably something that can be mass terminated due to the number of connections needed.

The amount of current you mention (1 ma), is too small to be a major consideration for any normal conductor size available. Even a normal ribbon cable can carry many times this amount. You need instead, to worry about the voltage rating and other factors such as avoiding problems with cross-talk between the conductors in the frequency range you listed.
The best solution to this problem will depend upon various installation factors which are particular to your application.
