I imagine that you're asking how to add HMIs to a system without reprogramming the PLCs. This can be handled with pretty much any vendors software. You would typically get an OPC server to handle the communication between the PC and PLCs. Your HMI is probably an OPC client. You simply set up the HMI to interact with existing PLC memory.
