Connection between Siemens s7-300 and Areva C264 RTU with Modbus

When I connect CP341 as master and c264 RTU as slave the SF led is on at the CP341. What will be the connection of the terminals? What can I do?

Did you ensure that all the parameters (baud rate, stop bit, parity, etc) have been set with the same values in the Siemens module and in the Areva?

If all are matching try to power off the module, remove it from the rack, place it again and power it up.
