Dear list members,
Currently I'm doing some process visualization on Windows with WonderWare InTouch connected to a current Schneider PLC (model Premium something) over XIP/Ethernet.
(InTouch <-> OPCLink <-> Schneider OPC Server <-> XIP <-> Ethernet <-> PLC)
Is it possible to connect to this PLC with the current LinuxPLC, so that I could do some of the tasks with the GTK-based HMI on a Linux PC?
I'm sorry, but I'm fairly ignorant on fieldbuses and PLCs. Maybe my question is terribly stupid.
Thank you for your kind attention.
Regards,
Peter Hopfgartner
