Connection to SQL by PLC

I used PLC based on CoDeSys (PLC vendor: ABB). I have ethernet and I have liberty Socket and then supported TCP and UDP connection (like as c++ with lib winsock.h).

My question is how to connect on SQL server and send a command without special class (routine), if it's possible.
