hello to all,
Am currently working on a BMS project where i have to make 20 sections, each with its own controller (using MODBUS RTU), communicate on the same bus (ethernet).
I would like to know the difference between Master Mode Topology and Slave Mode Topology for the TSXETG100.
Also in Slave Mode Topology why must a TSXETG100 be connected to the same ethernet network in slave mode ?
The SCADA cannot communicate with the devices on the ethernet network directly ?
Am basing myself on what i've read in the ConneXium Ethernet Gateway TSXETG100 manual.
for a picture of the MODBUS network please mail me: girishraj84 [at] yahoo.com
Regards
