I'm doing Control Area Network (CAN) bus as a project. I have to send information between two target boards which contain Infeneon 167 micro controller. To send information I'm using twisted pair. I want to replace that by fibre optic.

But the output of target board is a serial pin port. So how do I give that signal to a WDM source?

Please help me. Thank you.
