i'm doing a project on an evaporator in a sugar factory. But i'm greatly in need of information on the control of the evaporator and the modelling also. I intend to use micro-controllers on the evaporator.

Evaporator control depends on the choice of sensor, which is increasing.
Historically the prevailing options were refractometers, nucleonic and vibrating element density meters.
Some users frequently changed between technologies.
Today the choice widens to include some ultrasonic sensors.
