2. Heat exchangers - control
3. Chemaical Reactor - CSTR control

Each subject have filled many books.
Beging by reading Chemical Engineering related to subject. Many have kind of models.
That reminds me the monumental french compendium
'Techniques de l'Ingénieur'.
The last two volumes were dedicated to real process plant, showing pretty good control strategies. I have refered many times.
