My question is if the line size is 2 inches & control valve size is 1 inch we reduce the line size from 2 inches to 1 inch for the control valve input and output
After reducing the line from 2 inches to 1 inch (how much straight run is required after reducing the line to 1 inch

No straight run is required neither upstream nor downstream of the valve as far as pipe reducers are concerned. However there should not be any elbow immediately downstream of the valve (some valve manufacturers recommend 20 pipe size of straight run downstream of the valve (40 inches in your case) and 10 upstream).
