I am facing a difficulty in understanding the input handling of the Taylor make MOD 30 single loop controllers. Is there any industry norm/standard on how the process controller should treat its inputs i.e, engg units,scaled values etc? What should be the controller output units in a scaled value of FSR or engg unit?
(particuloarly during operations like comparison, HI LO limiting etc)
I would be glad to hear on recommended configuration procedure of any typical controller.
