recently installed a controllogix motion setup to drive a feed roller. have had no problems so far. have seen increased response time and resolution, wondering if anyone has had any bad experiences with controllogix motion?
I found some of the motion boxes didn't function the way I would like them to and I ended up coding some of my own routines. Other than that, I was pretty pleased.
Incorporated 16 axis (8 motion cards) in one chassis. After I got by the learning curve - system performs very well. Would not hesitate to use the controllogix + motion cards again.
