Hi,
Could any forum members suggest how to convert the Density , with respect to temperature in terms of the Brix.
As i am measuring the Density by using the Constant head type principle and measuring temperatute of the Sugar Liquor by using temp
transmitter.
What i want is mathematical formula to convert it into Brix.
By using the Mathematical formula , i will incorporate into into SCADA systems.

here is a conversion from brix to baume. To go from sg to brix, you have to convert sg to baume, and then to brix.

You will find the table in Wagner, "Grapes to Wine", Page 149, Knoff Publishers, 394-73172-7. Put the table in Excel and do a least squares fit.
Crude Balling X 10 is the same as Brix. You must compensate for two things in your solution. Temperature and dissolved solids.
