I bought a 4KVA(4000VA ) step up dry type Y-Y transformer primary 220,3phase /60 HZ secondary 380V,3 phase /50 HZ.

It does not provide a neutral line on the primery or on the secondary, the machine i bought it for requires a neutral for internal 220 components , can i modify it , please help

 

You can often see the point where the three windings are connected together. That would be your neutral.
