I work with Moeller XC-CPU121 + XIO-EXT121-1 with EasySoftCodesys 2.3.9 which has a special analog input port for PT100 - temperature range is -200 - +200 grad C, resistance range is 18,5 - 175,8 ohm. I use a PT100, -25 - +150 grad C at 100 ohm=0 grad C.
