I am currently researching a full corrosion management system to possibly implement. What are some of the leading technologies available for monitoring in-process corrosion and which ones would you recommend as a best choice?

Can anyone with experience implementing such systems give some insights on their experience and what they learned?

Keep in mind the plant runs Experion so compatibility is a priority.

I've used this system with other vendors DCS, mainly ABB, but the equipment is compatible with any system, and can be totally independent if necessary.

Be sure to have an initial assessment done of the kind of corrosive substances in your atmosphere so that you can tune the kind of monitoring necessary. The other important aspect is having your rooms scrubbing capacity measured by taking sames of the absorption material.
