Current and Voltages of a Deutz 330kVA Alternator.

I have being troubleshooting a Deutz, 330kVA generator set and its being giving me these problems:

1- The current fluctuates between 200A and 400A as soon the load is increased to 50kW and,

2- The output voltage from the alternator drops to 380V ac which can not be raised to 415V ac via the AVR voltage adjust trim port or the external voltage adjust rheostat.

What do I do next?
