CYBELEC Problem

I have a problem on CYBTouch 12 for our CNC Press Brake. I only get an intermitent signal of 0-1.2 vdc for the Y up and Y down resulting to almost not moving of the ram specially going up. The hardwares were checked and they are ok. Can somebody please help me with the problem. I appreciate your reply.
