Data exchange using SFC communication in S7 Siemens PLC

I have two stations (S7 PLC) and I am trying to send data from one station to another using SFC communication (SFC65" x_send" and SFC66"X_RCV"), but I couldn't. Maybe because I didn't understand this function and how it is used. Please can anyone explain this function with a small program (send mark from station and receive from another station, using LAD diagram.)
