Can anybody please tell me how to do the data logging in micrologix 1500 LRP series PLC using the DLG instruction.

That's a lot more information than I am willing to type on an Internet list! You need to make a lot of choices about what and when to log, and you have to develop your utility for your own platform to harvest the ASCII stream on demand and make it useful for your supervisory system. It really isn't all that hard, though...
