DB-II scale to PC through USB

I want to connect DB-II Scale (from CAS) to PC though USB port. Here data doesn't come to hyper terminal and Visual Basic 6.0. If data once comes to hyper terminal then doesn't come to VB.

Plz, can any fellow help me in this regard?
