Can u plz share ur experience which methods are used to do the DCS Cards preventive maintenance..
while i have done two procedures
1. Cards cleaning using contact cleaner
2. Cards cleaning with antistatic brush to remove dust and eraser to remove carbon from interfacing part which normally interfaced with MMU (Module mounting unit)..one thing i add that if environment is not good last time we installed the air filtration system (PURAFIL)..that worked very well..minimized the cards failure frequency
but my aim is to get standard procedure of PM used by most DCS engineers...
