We did the following but it is still tripping:

Replaced the bowl speed sensor
Replaced the IO card
Replaced bowl motor
Copied VSD Parameters from another identical VSD on second decanter
Replaced and tightened the V-belt on bowl

 

when ever we start up or increase the feed-rate the alarm comes up. When starting it up we have to keep clearing the alarm and starting it up while it still has momentum until it reaches the set RPM. Are we missing something?

Sorry without be able to see kind of app code/program software installed it would be difficult to support..
So if you can share program we can then support by a better way
