Does any know what readout device I can install in the Deka drill press to monitor the feed rate of the table?

You could install the scales used on mills for DRO and sample for rate. Or you could use a LVDT. Or you could use a band and an encoder. Or you could use a laser transit time sensor. Or you could use the encoder on the motor or mount one there if there isn't one. Or mount a prox switch to count
revolutions or...

It depends on the situation.
