DFM4WIN software error

dear members:
i have two elektronikon mkiii (base unit and sieo) unit that connected togther with rs485 cable. When I program this module error 27 (not change module 1 to 2) appear in dfm4win software. Can anyone help me?( please if anyone have instruction manual of dfm4win software send to [email protected]).
