1 MW = 1000 KW

I don't believe the units are changeable, so you just multiply the MW value by 1000 and put the result in the DSLC field for KW.

You can't select it but it is automatically determined by the configuration settings. Once you set the PT and CT ratio in configuration menu 5 the units will be determined internally.
