IEC 113-2 used to define a device designation of the form -10K04, meaning Sheet 10, Relay Coil, Column 4, or Page, Device, Column.
I've seen DIN schematics with this same format, and lately, DIN schematics with the format -K1004, ie. Relay Coil, Sheet 10, Column 4, or Device, Page, Column.
I have studied DIN EN 61082 and 81346 and cannot find reference to either format. Where on earth is it defined?
