Discrete alarm in intouch...

Hi,

I have seen manual of Intouch for creating discrete alarm..
according to manual have a tag name with condition and message to display if it is on (1). it should display the text on window same in case of off(0), but it is not showing any comment and message i.e. alarm as per manual i am doing as per suggestion.

please help me how to show the discrete alarm message on window?
I have drawn one switch with rectangle box filling property..
